2001

It all started with three women.

Sarah Andris, Renata Coppola Brand and Claudia Farnung, decided to celebrate the successful establishment of their IT consulting companies with their colleagues and to thank their clients with a special get together (salsa night at the Casa Cuba restaurant).

Sarah Andris (formerly Andris Consulting GmbH) advises banks on the implementation of banking software (mainly Avaloq), Renata Coppola Brand (Coppola & Brand GmbH) supports clients in the banking and stock exchange sectors in the areas of project management and business analysis, and Claudia Farnung (Farnung GmbH) worked for clients in the public services sector from process definition to business analysis and test management.

2002

As fourth IT Lady, Laura Thalmann (formerly doITright GmbH) joined the circle as another representative of a successful IT woman. She had been working independently in the banking sector for many years and supported her clients in the implementation of complex IT projects. With a glittering disco night at the Mascotte in Zurich, they hosted the 2nd IT Ladies Night.

2003

In 2003, the circle of IT-Ladies was extended by two more IT women: Barbara Binzegger Ruoss, owner of BIZware GmbH, who has been successfully implementing data warehouse solutions for many years, and Silvia Zimmermann from the Institute for Software Ergonomics and Usability, who, together with her team, advises companies from the financial and industrial sectors on usability-related issues. The 3rd IT Ladies Night in the Basilica also saw the launch of the IT Ladies Award, the Oscar for our IT customers.

2004 -2010

In 2004, the Divan in Zurich hosted a hot Arabian Night, reminiscent of the hustle and bustle of an oriental market.

 And in 2005 - what else? - the IT Ladies Football Night at the Letzigrund in Zurich.

Then in 2006, the Oktoberfest in Zurich, where the motto was: "Ozapft is".

In 2007, the IT Ladies Night took place for the 007th time: * THE MAGIC NEVER DIES *, at the Mascotte in Zurich.

Things got a little wilder in 2008 with the Wild Wild West Party at ZicZac.

In 2009, under the motto Six and the City, we enjoyed a wonderful evening with our guests at the Amber Bar.

The Last Night in Heaven at Mascotte in 2010 was a heavenly treat for our guests
